Chad Krause is part of the 3rd generation of a Central California farming family, owning and managing 1,000 acres, with deep roots in orchard, crop and agricultural management and operations. Chad has built upon this foundation to further become a specialist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integrations, corporate transformations/restructuring, crisis management, and performance improvement, Chad has extensive experience in managing complex business deals and situations. As the CFO of Teraganix, he is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury.
